House Update
Well it has been forever since I have updated on the house progress but that is because it still looks the same on the outside. Bryce right now is finishing up a lot of little things for the electrical, plumbing, and HV/AC. All have to been done before we can get an inspection done and then we will be on to insulating and drywall. The one exciting thing is our new door! I LOVE IT! I was really worried about it when I was picking out the stain but I think it turned out perfectly and exactly how I had it pictured in my mind. (which rarely happens because I have a really great imagination, that is a whole other story) Anyway things are coming along nice and slow. If any of you would like a tour of our lovely home you can visit between the hours of 6:00 and 9:30 Mon-Thur and 8:00 am-9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday Bryce will be there and would love to not show you around! But a self guided tour is better anyway.

Christmas
Okay so I lied! Apparently I was so out of it on Christmas I didn't even notice the pictures being taken! Well, here is the evidence and I think Christmas was a hit at out house! Ellie got Dress up stuff and a baby doll and Hudson got cars and blocks! I think Ellie's favorite present is what my parents gave to both the kids, a portable DVD player with two screens that we take in the car! She loves that she can now watch "shows" in her car and not just the "big car" (My parents Denali). Funny kids but gotta love 'em! Merry CHristmas everyone a month late!

Stoner for Christmas!
Not as fun as it may sound! 2 days before Christmas I got Kidney stones and let me just say not fun, not fun at all. My doctor sent me home with some Percocet and said if they don't go away in 24 hours call me! So 24 hours later, Christmas Eve, I'm in intense amounts of pain not to mention the fever chills and hot flashes I call the Dr. back. He says go in for a CT scan and we'll see what is going on! I sit and stew! The Rigby's are building a house and it is Christmas time I don't have money for a CT scan, I'll just take 2 percocet at a time and the stones will go away. (My poor kids had a crazy mother for a few days). Christmas Day: the kids slept in till 8:00, a good thing! We wake up open gifts have breakfast and I am so cold I am trembling and my fingers are purple and my lips were blue! My dad started to worry that I was Septic and said if that happens again I need to go to the ER! So, I start freaking out a bit! My parents left for the annual Harris Christmas party in Layton and I got the kids down for a nap and Bryce heads out to snow blow the massive amounts of snow that fell that day, it took him 3 hours. I start shivering again so I snuggle up close to the fire but I start shaking so hard it starts to get hard for me to breath, then I think I passed out and when I woke up I was so hot and when I tried to move away from the fire my eyes wouldn't focus and I was so dizzie I just fell. At this point I was freaking out and thought I was going to die! I was worried about what to do with my sleeping kids if I had to go to the ER and I was worrried about not even being able to make it to Bryce to tell him how sick I was and then I was worried about calling 911 and how much that was going to cost us, I was freaking out. So I finally make it outside to get Bryce but he didn't see me so I just sat there breathing in the fresh air. I started to feel a little better so I just went back inside to cool down, because i really didn't want to bug anyone on Christmas! So I get feeling a little better and I call my dad to tell them that they better start coming home because I think I am pretty bad and I need to go to the ER and he tells me they are just going to finish up with the party, clean up, and then they'd head home! Oh and he also said don't take any more percocet. "Okay, I just almost die again, in PAIN." I thought. Well, they didn't get home until much later that night because the roads were horrible and although in a lot of pain I didn't die. I woke the next morning and went straight into the doctors office and they ordered me a CT scan, which was pretty awesome and simple and expensive. Well all that showed us was that I had passed one stone and had 3 more to go but they were small enough that I could pass them on my own. So I was sent home with a RX for lortab and a good luck. The lortab wasn't great but at least it didn't make me think I was dying. I the next Monday I passed my last stone! So, for almost a week i suffered and pretty much missedout on all the fun of Christmas, so please forgive me for not getting any pictures or posting for a while. It's been a tough couple of weeks. One positive I couldn't eat that whole week so I lost some weight for Christmas instead of gaining it for once in my life!
FYI: Holidays and I aren't really good friends. On Thanksgiving one year I had to get my appendix out, a few years later I had to have a surgery for the cists on my overies on New Year's, and this year I had the stoners (that is what Bryce calls kidney stones) on Christmas. Maybe I'll just celebrate new holidays so I won't get sick!
